I recently had the honour of speaking at a conference for women in the mining industry. It was super special to share some tips on wellness with these lovely ladies.
Health is not just about the body. Our thoughts, emotions, consciousness, and subtle inner energies all play a powerful role in how we feel each day. We are in a constant exchange with our external environment — through the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the experiences and energies we take in.
As we get older hormones shift and the nervous system needs more nourishment, so tuning into what’s happening within our body–mind complex can bring profound balance and peace.
The guided meditation we shared at the end of the session was a beautiful reminder that taking time to cultivate inner peace is powerful medicine.
