We’ve been practicing the Sivananda sequence since the beginning of the year, and the improvement we’re seeing doesn’t come by chance. It comes from repetition and growing body awareness.

Each time we move through the same sequence, the body learns. The muscles respond more efficiently, the joints move with more ease, and the breath becomes steadier.

For some of us, this was the first time exploring inversions. For others, it now feels as natural as walking. 😉

Wherever we’ve started, we’ve all moved forward and that’s what matters.
