Each class has a short description on our website to help guide you and if you arrive a few minutes early, have a chat with your teacher. We’re always happy to offer options and adjustments so you can feel comfortable and enjoy the class.

ASHTANGA WITH LYNN:

This month, I’m excited to offer Ashtanga Lite. In this 4-week series, we slow it down and break it into manageable layers so you can build confidence and understanding step by step. Over four 75-minute classes, we’ll explore:

Week 1 – Standing Series - strength and stability
Week 2 – Seated Series - forward folds and twists.
Week 3 – Finishing Series - backbend and inversions
Week 4 – Put it all togheter

Expect strong foundations, intentional transitions, and space to truly feel your practice — rather than rush through it.

This series is perfect if you want structure without intensity. If you love mindful, meditative movement, if you are building strength and flexibility gradually and if you feel curious about Ashtanga but prefer a gentle approach.

Come explore the rhythm of the Primary Series in a way that feels sustainable, steady and supportive.

🌅 Sunrise — Vinyasa & Meditation with Jacinta 7:00am
Flow it out. Clear the mind. Set the tone.

🌿 Mid Morning — Hatha (Twist & Detox) with Chochi 9:30am
Squeeze, rinse, wring it out. Breathe deep. Let go of what you don’t need.

🌙 Evening — General Yoga with Props with Colleen 5:30pm
Support the body. Soften the edges. Land gently.

Strong in the morning. Clear by midday. Grounded by night.
