The night was magical thanks to you all & with that magic, it lead us to donating $15,000 to the Starlight Children’s Foundation. 💫

The White Party made a dream come into reality for me! Since my Father went through Cancer, when I was 15 years of age, through loved ones, through your loved ones, through patients, through hearing clients stories, through hearing your stories, it was something I have always wanted to be able to give back too. Don't forget.. TEMPTATION will always be around. Your excuses for not sticking to your plan will continue to ruin your success.

I hear them all, over and over and they will continue to exist over and over. "too busy" "kids were naughty" "the food was just there" "I was tired" "I didn't plan" I didn't know". Make the mindset change. Find what works for you and your lifestyle.. longterm.

Time will pass anyways. Start making small steps to your best health. I’ll be popping up this story in my stories. Jess- probably one of my most stubborn clients 🤣 shows what happens when you have that mindset shift.

Remember when you said..

You’ll start in the new year? After Easter? Next Monday. No actually after that event you have on 😵‍💫🫠time is passing by anyways. You may as well just get started.

People look at a healthy lifestyle and changes as an ‘all or nothing’ kinda thing. It REALLY doesn’t have to be. The ones that succeed are still out having long lunches and a few cockies or wines. Still eating foods they enjoy.. still fu***ng up their diets and not training here and there. You’ve just got to know there is a trade off. Feel better, look better, have fun, be confident. It is within reach.

Health and VITALITY ✨✅

2 things that are extremely important to me.

For me

✅ It’s no use being skinny or losing weight but looking completely strung out. Dull skin, eyes and hair, dull life due to strict and boring meal plan

✅ I don’t want to be completely cutting a food group and have it impact my workouts. I want to feel strong and fuelled

✅ I want to feel positive about my food choices but I don’t want my life to revolve around my eating and drinking schedule or meal plan. Having health and vitality is not eating fu***ng meal prep if you hate it.
I want to be able to go out and enjoy food and have a wine here and there. Not feel shamed for actually having a life

✅ I want to feel supported in my endeavours and I certainly do. I want others to feel supported in their health journey, seen and heard. Not just a cookie cutter lifestyle.

Health and vitality isn’t just something that other people or super healthy people have. It is for anyone and everyone- you just need to figure out what it means TO YOU ✅

Happy Easter!

Remember to enjoy yourself with family and friends this Easter break. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Enjoy the chocolate, food and drinks.

Let go of any feelings of guilt around food and drinks at this time.

GUILT leads to SHAME which leads to feelings of FAILURE and feeling like you have failed is a sure fire way to make sure you stay OFF the wagon.

And the cycle remains around every event or holiday with family.

Personally I love overindulging 🤣 because then I feel like s**t (sugar and carb overload anyone 🫠) for a few days and it actually makes me appreciate my usually healthy lifestyle and excited to get back to it.

You’ll see lots of health professionals giving healthier options for this and that and substitute here and there and that’s great. And there are some really awesome options especially for those with allergies and intolerances.
But not for me. I’ll enjoy myself and deal with it Tuesday 🥰

There are a lot of things that are detrimental to our health and well being.

So many people come to me just for weightloss, the thing is..
weightloss should be the last thing on the mind.

Put your focus on getting your health back, work on your stress levels. Eat some good fats, Find a gym buddy or accountability coach. Stop fu***ng around with your poor body and metabolism by overeating then under-eating the next day because you felt bad from the day before and over and under exercising.

💥Under eating and overtraining is such a trap and will get you a ticket on the metabolic damage train. Find something SUSTAINABLE for YOU

💥 Hands up if you’re a stressed gal 🙋🏻‍♀️ I get it. It’s like if you aren’t busy and stressed you aren’t doing enough. Maybe it’s your job that you need or your family. One of the best tips I ever got: If you cannot remove stress from your life, you need to figure out how to negate it. Go for a walk. Lock your kids out of your room and do 10 mins or breathing, go for a walk. * your nightly wines while making dinner is NOT helping you destress 🫠. Stress raises cortisol, permanently high cortisol can lead to weight gain. Chill out ✌🏻

💥Poor fat. So demonised. You wouldn’t even believe how much butter I go through in a week 😅. Good fats are so essential for everyone. Hormonal health, immune system support, heart health. Eat your fats. Trust me. And also margarine is s**t. More on that later..

💥Can’t get any support from your fam. Leave them in the dust. A health journey sometimes just has to be a journey that you take alone. In your own time. On your own terms. Go find your true health and vitality then start making the changes slowly within your family.

What small changes could you be making in your daily routine to get where you want to be?

I doesn’t have to be anything profound, and honestly I feel like a lot of people kinda know where they are going wrong, but it can be so beneficial sitting down with someone 🙋🏻‍♀️ and have a look at your current lifestyle patterns and where you can improve..

Tough love advice but

✨ your life is never going to be ‘not busy’ just start
✨ on that one - someone busier than you is making it happen
✨ tomorrow never comes. Start today
✨12 years day in and out of terrible excuses from people about why they can’t do this or follow that. They all (bar *some* rare ones) sound pretty s**t at the end of the day
✨ Eating right is hard, exercise is hard, but feeling like s**t everyday is harder 💯

Can I still have coffee?

That would be the most asked question during a consult. I’ll be frank, usually

👏🏻YOUR MORNING COFFEE IS USUALLY THE LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES. When the rest of your day is filled with absolute s**t. 👀

Now, unless you have a large cap with 2 sugars and 2 pumps of caramel syrup 😵‍💫, you’ll be fine.

Try limit to one a day, especially if it’s bought.

Drinking coffee really is one of those health things, you can look up and find 100 research papers that say it is bad for your health and you can look up and find 100 that say a cup a day is beneficial for you.

If you are one of those people that love your morning cup of coffee, why even consider giving up that tiny bit of joy? I don’t personally drink coffee - not for health reasons really, I just don’t love it. But even I can see how much some people really look forward to it. Caffeine addict? Maybe. But if you want a fast track way to go off your meal plan, cutting that out will do it.
