Term 3 is coming to an end.
That means term 4 for 2025 is just around the corner.
Here is term 4 timetable.
Due to a family holiday, term 4 will be an 8 week term starting Monday 27/10/25 finishing Saturday 20/12/25.

Great news for HCF members!
In order to claim, members must have cover for Health Management Programs under their level for Extras cover, served waiting periods and claim with an Exercise & Gym Benefits form, which includes a requirement that a medical practitioner or HCF Recognised Provider of an Approved Profession specify a particular medical condition that is being addressed by the exercise program.

Offering:
- Group mat work Pilates max 6 people - $20 per class or $180 for 10.
- Semi-private studio sessions max 4 people (using reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair, spine corrector/high barrel) - $35 per session
- Private studio session (using reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair, spine corrector/high barrel) $80 per session, appointment time by negotiation
