Why are boundaries so important in counselling? 💡
A big thank you to Engel from Mental Strides for sharing 20+ years of expertise at our recent mental health workshop.

She highlighted why emotional intelligence, with a focus on establishing healthy boundaries, is vital for building strong relationships and achieving positive outcomes for both counsellor and client. Through practical, real-world scenarios, our mental health and counselling students gained valuable skills to manage boundary challenges and left more confident and effective in their counselling practice. 🙌
