I'm feeling very inspired and enriched after a weekend seminar listening to amazing Bowen Practitioners from around the world. And I'm feeling in awe all over again after watching the premiere of the movie about the creator of Bowen and learning more about this amazing and humble man. This movie will hopefully be released on Stan or Netflix so please keep searching for it on-line as this will help build the needed buzz to make it happen!

Bowen therapy is effective in the treatment of many chronic conditions, including fibromyalgia. "In a study of twenty clients diagnosed with fibromyalgia conducted by Jo Anne Whitaker, M.D., at the American College of Rheumatology, almost all participants experienced various degrees of relief which lasted from a few days to several weeks. Went to a wonderful workshop last week. I'm keen to use the insights I gained and incorporate some new things that I learnt into my treatments. I'm offering a free treatment to new clients for the next little while so I can practice these new things.
