I'm being called to offer this again.

***Please, DO NOT tag anyone you are wanting to nominate*** send me a DM or email/text. I only need a first name.

There is so much happening in Everybody's lives right now and all around the world.
Remedial massage is a wonderful way to take time to heal your body, but an Intuitive Massage goes deeper, to work towards mind/body/soul healing.

I would like to offer 1 free Intuitive Massage each month to someone in need. I ask that you nominate someone privately, as while so many are deserving I wish for this to go to someone who wouldn't or couldn't book this for themselves. You can also nominate yourself. This isn't a tag more people to win more chances thing. This is a deep desire to share something that may benefit another.

Once the draw has taken place for the month (i will do a random generator on the 2nd of each month) I will contact the person making the nomination who will then inform the winner so we can be sure the recipient is willing to receive this offer.

If the recipient would prefer we can alter the session so they can be fully clothed. As with any treatment at Quinntessential Massage, the client always has full control in their treatment.

I have opened 3 extremely rare Saturday appointments. If one of these is calling, jump online and book.

After my reaction to this mornings request from Louise Hays' book, I think a RAW balance around emotions may be relevant.

I'll also test up for any affirmations I may need to balance my subconscious.

While affirmations can do amazing things for us, if your subconscious feels stressed by the affirmation you are using, it will unlikely have the desired effect.

Having a balance done can remove the blocks your energy associates with the affirmations and may help integrate them in the future once they are deemed as safe for the body.

Most days I pull myself and oracle/tarot card or open to a page in my Louise Hay Heal your life book.

Today I got my number 1 hate! I seriously struggle with looking at myself in a mirror. Let alone telling myself I love me right to my face.

So here I am posting it for you all to see how you feel about it. Does it evoke fear in your cells or are you confident and able to do this?

Living an embodied soul led life is hard. We have been conditioned to be small, and stepping out of the shadows is challenging.

Trusting ourselves can be daunting. Wanting advice from others is normal and healthy, but in the end, it comes back to you and who you need to be to love yourself and know you gave it a go.

Smiling as THIS IS ME now comes on to my playlist.

A sign to not be afraid to be seen. I am forever grateful to all that play a part in my life, big and small, and I am excited to be growing each and every day.

This tree is magnificent in the Barrington Tops. It took time to be this big and strong, and I'm sure it's had moments of stunted growth, lost limbs, and other scars, but it's still growing.

I am looking forward to bringing some new healing modalities into the studio as I continue to grow. If you're interested in some non massage healing, let me know as I build my confidence in these new skills
