About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you’ll:
✔️ Work closely with participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
✔️ Provide intake, support, and referrals
✔️ Empower choice, control, and community inclusion
✔️ Manage a Level 2 Coordination of Supports caseload

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience in Support Coordination (1 year preferred) or transferable skills from the disability sector
✔️ Is empathetic, proactive, and resilient
✔️ Has strong time management and teamwork skills
✔️ Loves supporting people to reach their goals

✅ Minimum 1–2 years’ Support Coordination experience
