We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience in Support Coordination (1 year preferred) or transferable skills from the disability sector
✔️ Is empathetic, proactive, and resilient
✔️ Has strong time management and teamwork skills
✔️ Loves supporting people to reach their goals
