Ahem... overheard (and by overheard I mean a customer loudly said) "It's so disgusting" and went on to complain about the prices of the crystals...
1. we are actually known for being quite cheap in the local industry. We offer flat rate prices on tumbled stones and absorb the cost of the more expensive ones.
2. we pay rent, overheads, wages, insurances, trademark fees, accountants, ordering and securing stock takes time, specifically in this case, the crystals, to ensure they are genuine and not fakes, takes time... and so forth - you get the picture - a business is there to make money not give you free sh !
3. stock itself costs money - we don't get them for free.
So next time you complain about the price of a local store (or not), think about the costs to those business owners, to present those items to you. Stop expecting everything for nothing or next to nothing. Do you work for free? and be happy to pay appropriately for the real mccoy!

We're having a little break from now until just over this long weekend whilst we finally!!! finalise most changes in store. You may still book readings today, tomorrow for in person and then only email readings over the long weekend. You may order online... unfortunately we can not have shoppers in store until next week due to your health and safety. Effective immediately, we have a STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

Theft: We don’t do "second chances." (unless you return stolen items with an apology - it's never too late)... The police will be called, and CCTV evidence will be handed over immediately. That means you might end up for public viewing (shame!)...

Abuse: If you disrespect me or my staff, you are gone. I am not up for discussion, nor is my life. When you come for a service, you are the client and customer. No exceptions. 100% BANNED.

The Law of Return: You bring dishonest energy into a sacred space, you deal with the spiritual and legal consequences that follow.

We love our honest community, and we will do whatever it takes to keep this space safe for you. To the rest? Consider yourself warned.

📝 Notice Regarding Service Availability
Dear Clients and Customers,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but our staff are currently unwell due to a contagious virus 🦠. Their health and yours is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we take precautions.

Retail Shop Hours
We plan to reopen the shop to the public tomorrow (Thursday) between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), once we are certain the illness can no longer be spread.
Booked services will proceed after these hours as scheduled.

Weekend Services with MV
Saturday: MV will be available for readings via phone and email only. If you really need the Friday, please book anywhere then message and ask us to manually move you.

Sunday: MV is currently scheduled to be available for in-person readings and consultations.

To secure any service, you must book your appointment online. Please don't message us asking, simply check and book at the same time... if you can not see a suitable time, book somewhere you can come but then message us asking to me moved to the waitlist.
