What sets you into training mode even if you aren't feeling motivated?
For me the simple act of tying my shoelaces seems to kick my brain into training time!
I know some people who neverrrrrr tie their shoes up to train π€― but we each have our own little idiosyncrasies π
But for me, if I'm having a bit of a bleh day then sticking my shoes on and "actively" tying them up is part of my pre workout routine!
What's your thing?
