Yoga Vidya Shala Traditional Hatha Yoga classes for both beginners and advanced students. She studied under the tutelage of Acharya Upendra Roy.

Sujata has been teaching traditional Hatha Yoga classes to both beginners and advanced students in Sydney, since 2002. She taught in the Pitt St yoga studio for 15 years. Yoga Vidya Shala was born in April 2016. Classes are conducted in this beautifully set boutique studio in Northwood, which is close to Lane Cove Village. Classes are conducted in the studio as well as on Zoom.
