What's in the box for 1/4 of a beast (approx 50 kg CW = dressed weight + bones): Here are a few photos of our own order of 1/4 beast pack last Friday. Without the bones it fits in 2 boxes (one smaller) with the bones filling a third larger box if you choose to get all of the bones. Our set quarter pack contains mince, sausages, diced beef, an array of steaks, rolled rib roast, brisket, corned silverside, blade roast and osso buco. (Please note all cuts incl mince and sausages come in bulk for you to bag at home for your freezer). If you choose to order 1/2 beast you can choose your own cuts. There is still time to place an order for Christmas or get yourself set for the summer BBQ season. Our regular price is still $9/kg CW incl. delivery or support Hamish's kindy this term and pay $10/kg CW (with $1.50/kg donated directly to the Little Country Kids Club Cecil Plains). Ask for an order form to be emailed if you want some more info and watch this space for some photos and recipes of the end product on a plate...A big thank you to all of our customers who have placed orders already this year.

Josh and I are running a Fundraiser for the Cecil Plains community run kindergarten "Little Country Kids Club" which Hamish attends. If you would like some local quality grain-finished boxed beef delivered to your door, then please contact us for delivery in Term 4.

We are excited to announce that in conjunction with some amazing clients of ours from "Girraween Farming" we are now selling grain-finished boxed beef directly to the public.

It gives us great pleasure to provide a quality product from our paddock to our friends and families plate at an affordable price. So, find some freezer space, team up with a friend if you need to and register your interest so we can send you some more information and a cut sheet so you can select your own cuts.

Meat is processed locally by a small butcher and available approx every 1-2 weeks, providing we can find enough customers to make up an order for a whole beast.

Pick-up directly from the farm at Bowenville or depending on our commitments we can arrange delivery to your door.
