Holidays spent at Coffin Bay ♥️ Including rest time and walk time on the beautiful Oyster Walk. A great track with stunning views, we did 10km but you can start and finish where ever you like.

A 30 minute walk around your neighbourhood each day can do wonders for your physical and mental health. Take a walk in the morning to start your day, or after dinner to help stabilise blood glucose levels. Take notice of the good things around you 💜 🦜
