EFM Physio is back!

In line with the easing of restrictions, EFM Physio is back up and running as of today!

Please get in contact if you would like to book an appointment to sort out any niggles or injuries you might of picked up during your new lockdown exercise routine!

As always, working out of both EFM Health Clubs Norwood and EFM Health Clubs Hawthorn!

EFM Physio turns 3!

Today marks 3 years since the start of EFM Physio!

We have now grown to work across 2 different locations (EFM Health Clubs Norwood and EFM Health Clubs Hawthorn) and have hopefully helped lots of you to recover from your injuries to return to your favourite activities, sports or hobbies!

Thanks for everyones support and looking forward to another great year ahead!

New Rules Regarding Masks!

In line with the new COVID restrictions that came in to effect over night, physiotherapy is now one of the areas that are required to wear disposable face masks (not cloth ones).

This will mean that both physiotherapists and any client coming in for physio needs to wear a mask throughout the appointment. (Under 12s are exempt.)

We will also need you to scan the QR Code at EFM Health Clubs Burnside on entering!

EFM Physio is Back!

After a brief break due to COVID restrictions, physiotherapy is now allowed to resume in South Australia!

Appointments are available this Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and evening at EFM Health Clubs Burnside and Wednesday evening at EFM Health Clubs Hawthorn!

EFM Physio COVID update!

Physio practices are required to close during this 6 day lock down, so there will obviously be no face to face appointments available in this time.

Telehealth appointments via a video call are still permitted and can be a good way to keep you on the right track or get you set up with a home exercise program until in person appointments resume!

I am contacting all those that were booked for an appointment during this lockdown, to either offer a Telehealth appointment, or reschedule for when the restrictions are lifted!
