We have just launched another version of the app. The updated version has resolved the loading and uploading issues, and small bugs. Please update your Apple Apps. The Google app is still under review by the Google App Store and should be released soon. Thankyou for you patience!

We are close to our updated app going live on the Apple App Store and google Play store. Please note that OpAlert will no longer be the app to download - you will download the Opbill app directly. The OpAlert app will be closed down once the OpBill app is live.

We are UPDATING the OpBill app - as many of your know, it has been a while since we have made a MAJOR update to the app. We have been working on this update for a long time. The main news is that we are excited to bring a NEW and IMPROVED OPBILL standalone app, that will be available soon. We are just waiting for approvals of the new app on the Apple and Google Play stores which should be in the next few days to weeks (out of our control!). When this occurs, OpAlert will be shut down as we know it. We will no longer offer a surgeon/assistant/anaesthetist matching service as we transition over to a standalone Medical Billing App only. Stay tuned for more information on this site, and we hope you enjoy the new look of our app and improved functionality.

It has been a huge 2022 for OpBill and it is because of you that we have had our most successful year yet! We are working hard to constantly improve our service to make OpBill even more easy and efficient. Not only are we excited to continue working with you in 2023 but we have some big goals and app developments that we can’t wait to share so stay tuned!

If you are like us, you are taking a well deserved break over the Christmas period - Our offices will be closed between 24th December to 9th January.

An issue is known which is effecting some of our users from logging in. Please rest assured that you have not lost access to your account, but the server is currently being updated to allow access from previously. You do not need to perform a password reset. We will announce here when the app is back up and running - thankyou for your understanding.
