Physio Anna has left the clinic (and the country!) for her next big adventure. She’s heading to London to work with the Royal Ballet as part of her master’s degree.

We’ll miss her infectious laugh and the incredible care she gave our clients, but we couldn’t be prouder of her exciting new chapter.

Flex Norwood had the pleasure of hosting Dr Karthik Badrinath, Sports and Exercise Physician recently for an in-house education session to challenge our team's knowledge and thinking around complex sports medicine conditions.

A great session with some valuable learnings for the team to continue to provide best care for our clients. 💪

2025 marks the 3rd year of Flex's sponsorship of the Garville Netball Club.

Congratulations to our Premier League and Reserves teams for making finals and finishing 2nd and 4th respectively this season!
