A healthy relationship with food and exercise will look different on everyone. But one thing will always stay the same:
You are making food and exercise decisions based on how it makes your body feel.
➡️ It’s not about punishment or guilt. That approach is never sustainable!
➡️ The choices we make need to have a reason. That’s what makes the habits stick 🙌
Everyday will look a little different (because our energy needs vary day-by-day). So a cookie cutter program and food plan will never fully address that.
🍽️ Some days you’ll feel full and satisfied with less food. Some days you’ll need more.
🏋️♀️ Some days you’ll have more energy and feel like you can do a longer cardio session or more volume in your training! Other days you’ll feel like you need more rest.
Allowing for both is totally okay. It’s all part of the process of looking after your health and wellbeing 💚
