On Saturday we fundraising doung a sausage sizzle at Bunnings Nowra. They say it's one of the busiest days if the year, and we did it. The Youth Reference Group members, so.e young people participants of the Work & Study program and the headspace staff were cooking, running and chatting with the customers to make this fund raising a great day, full of hard work and Laughs. Thank you once again to everyone who make this possible and to the hundreds of people who supported us while having a traditional sausage sizzle sandwich, and

We’re coming together as a community to support young people experiencing housing insecurity in the Shoalhaven—and you can be part of it.

Every small contribution helps create safety, dignity, and opportunity for young people doing it tough.

headspace Nowra Clinical Educator, Alex, travelled to Canberra for the National headspace Early Career Awards, and she took home the Outstanding Contribution to Student Placement Programs Award!! 🏆

We are so proud and inspired to have Alex as part of our team. Her hard work, dedication and kindness make a real difference in the lives of young people every day.

Your feedback means the world to us. The insights we gather through this survey help us improve how we deliver our services and ensure we’re meeting the needs of the people and community we support. In previous years, your responses have highlighted the positive impact of our programs, which has been a huge morale boost for our team 💚

headspace Nowra is running a creative zine group where we create zines (mini creative booklets) with a different theme each time. Haven't created a zine before? No stress! Every session starts with a recap on how to create one.

Meet one of our awesome team members here at headspace Nowra. Nicholas, who has joined our Work & Study team as a Vocational Specialist moved to the Shoalhaven region 3 years ago and has worked with young people in different roles over the last 6 years. He enjoys supporting young people to succeed and meet their goals as well as the outdoors, including fishing, bush walks and taking his dog Zali for a walk. Say hello to Nicholas!
