Our 4th Skills Boost intake is open – but not for long!

Interchange Shoalhaven’s Skills Boost Program is back, and this is your chance to get involved before spots fill up.

This free program is designed for people with disabilities who want to build their confidence, gain real-world experience, and get job-ready in the retail, hospitality, or tourism industries.

You’ll receive training, mentoring and on-the-ground support, plus the opportunity to get hands-on experience with inclusive local businesses. No NDIS funding is required, so anyone can join.

Andrew Constance CEO of Shoalhaven Council and Shoalhaven Mayor Patricia White joined the Access & Advisory Inclusion Committee, to launch Shoalhaven City Council's Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) at Huskisson's boardwalk on Monday. Sarah Ottley, Community Engagement from Interchange Shoalhaven, a local well established Disability Service Provider for the Shoalhaven area, was there to support and advocate for Interchange's valued participants.

Ready to Level Up Your Skills or Rock Out in the Studio?

Interchange Shoalhaven is now taking expressions of interest for two incredible programs:

Life Prep – Learn practical skills for everyday living. From budgeting to cooking, laundry to time management, this program builds real-world confidence and independence.

West St. Sessions – A 10-week music experience like no other. Create, jam, and record two songs in a professional studio with guidance from a talented musician-support worker. No experience needed – just bring your passion.
