Join our weekly Mums & Bubs classes, designed to help you rebuild strength, restore core and pelvic floor function, and move with confidence through your postnatal recovery.
Led by studio owner and senior instructor Nat C, who brings over 10 years of industry experience across personal training, strength and conditioning, mat and reformer Pilates, yoga, and barre.
As a mum of three, Nat blends her deep understanding of anatomy and women’s health with her own lived experience of motherhood — creating a space that’s safe, supportive, and empowering for every stage of recovery.
