✨Community Mat Pilates at Erowal Bay Hall✨
I am so excited to be bringing Mat Pilates classes to Erowal Bay Hall, creating a welcoming space for locals to move, stretch, and feel good together.
These classes are designed to build strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness, while also giving you time to slow down and reconnect with your body. Each session blends classic Pilates exercises to support posture and core strength, followed by a gentle, nourishing stretch to leave you feeling open, relaxed, and refreshed.

• Thursdays: 5:30 – 6:30pm
• Sundays: 8:30 – 9:30am
• Location: Erowal Bay Hall
• Duration: 60 minutes
✨ All props provided — just bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle.
