👓 Lifeguards – Be the eyes on the water, keep swimmers safe, and step up in emergencies.
🎯 Duty Managers – Lead shifts, guide the team on the ground, and make sure every visit runs smoothly.
⭐ Team Leaders – Take charge, support your staff, and drive the success of the pool all summer long.

This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to build leadership skills, gain confidence, and be part of something bigger. Without you, we can’t open our doors. With you, our pools come alive.
