Please note our adjusted hours for tomorrow, New Year’s Day (Thursday 1 January 2026):

⛔️Closed: 6:00am to 8:00am- No early morning swimming
🏊 Open: 1:00pm to 7:00pm

Philbert and Santa hit the road to spread some Christmas cheer, making a few stops along the way at our facilities across the shire. It’s safe to say Philbert made it to the nice list.

🔥 Extreme Heat Ahead 🔥

With temperatures set to soar across the Moira Shire tomorrow (Thursday 18 December) and Friday 19 December, please note that our outdoor pools will open from 3:30pm and remain open until 8:00pm to help the community cool down.

💦 Come and beat the heat with us by the pool.

☀️ Please remember to Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek and Slide to stay safe in the sun.

We also understand that extreme heat can test everyone’s patience. We kindly ask all patrons to keep their cool, be respectful, and treat our staff and fellow swimmers with courtesy at all times.

Due to cooler weather, the following pools will be closed tomorrow:
- Numurkah Outdoor Pool
- Strathmerton Pool
- Yarrawonga Outdoor Pool
Cobram Outdoor Pool will open, however if the weather doesn't hold may close early.

Unfortunately, the chilly spell continues, our outdoor pools will remain closed tomorrow (Monday 2 December), as temperatures just haven’t warmed up enough to open.

But the good news? Wednesday’s forecast is looking much more promising! 🤞☀️
If the weather holds, we’re hopeful we’ll finally be welcoming everyone back.
