On Sunday May 10th, our Director/Physio Zoe is taking on her first Half Marathon as part of the Mother’s Day Classic 🏃‍♀️💐

She’ll be running to raise funds for breast and ovarian cancer research — a cause that impacts so many individuals and families in our community, including her two aunties in recent years. Like many of you, we’ve seen firsthand the importance of ongoing research, early detection and better treatment options.

Lots happening in the clinic this month — here’s what’s new!

✨ Zoe is back in action
After taking some time out to sort a few health things (and squeezing in a quick family getaway!) Zoe is back in the clinic from tomorrow. She’ll be treating Tue–Thu and is looking forward to seeing everyone again. We are very thankful to everyone for being so understanding as we took the time to reschedule!

✨ Free Reformer Pilates Session — Sun 19th April, 9am
We’re running a FREE trial Reformer session for anyone curious about joining our classes. Spots will be limited — more details coming very soon!

✨ Changes to the Pilates timetable
We’re trialling a new mid-afternoon Reformer class on Thursdays at 2pm: perfect for those with free time in the afternoon, shift workers, retirees or parents before school pick-up. Starts next week & available to book via our Pilates app.

Our updated Physiotherapy and Clinical Myotherapy hours are now in place, and we’re excited to offer out-of-working-hours physiotherapy appointments on Tuesdays with our newest physio Holly.

If you’ve been struggling to make it to appointments during the day, this is a great option to get the care you need without missing work.

We welcome Holly, our newest Physiotherapist, onboard from Tuesday 3rd March! 😍

Holly is originally a Gippsland girl and moved up to Shepparton since completing her Physiotherapy degree. You cannot help but feel welcomed and cared for with Holly's bubbly personality and we have no doubt she will help to bring a 'spark' back to your health! 💫

About Our Physiotherapist

Our Physiotherapist, Zoe Ludington, completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury and has since worked across multiple clinical and sporting settings in Melbourne. She most recently worked at one of the largest Sports Medicine practices in the city and is currently one of two Physiotherapists for Volleyball Victoria.

Zoe work in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, with a particular interest in sporting injuries, headaches, cervical and lumbar dysfunction, and shoulder and ankle pathology. She is currently furthering my studies by undertaking a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.

Zoe’s belief is that Physiotherapy is about treating each individual client rather than just the injury they present with. She tailors her management plan to the individual needs of each client with the aim to return to full activity and improve quality of life. Zoe is proficient in manual therapy, Dry Needling, Functional Training and exercise prescription and have completed Post Graduate training in Clinical Pilates and the GLA:D Program for osteoarthritis management.
