About Our Physiotherapist
Our Physiotherapist, Zoe Ludington, completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury and has since worked across multiple clinical and sporting settings in Melbourne. She most recently worked at one of the largest Sports Medicine practices in the city and is currently one of two Physiotherapists for Volleyball Victoria.
Zoe work in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, with a particular interest in sporting injuries, headaches, cervical and lumbar dysfunction, and shoulder and ankle pathology. She is currently furthering my studies by undertaking a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.
Zoe’s belief is that Physiotherapy is about treating each individual client rather than just the injury they present with. She tailors her management plan to the individual needs of each client with the aim to return to full activity and improve quality of life. Zoe is proficient in manual therapy, Dry Needling, Functional Training and exercise prescription and have completed Post Graduate training in Clinical Pilates and the GLA:D Program for osteoarthritis management.
