Congratulations to our My Life My Future participants who have started volunteering at the Epilepsy Foundation Op Shop in Kilsyth!
The Epilepsy Foundation operates op shops across 12 Melbourne suburbs, creating vibrant and friendly community hubs where staff, volunteers, and customers come together to support people living with epilepsy.

This partnership provides skill-building opportunities, community connection, and a strong sense of purpose.
We’ve been incredibly proud of everyone’s enthusiasm and commitment. Here’s to new experiences, new connections, and making a difference together!

After more than 50 years with cape solutions east, Sue has officially stepped into a new chapter.

Sue was one of our longest serving supported employees and in 2024 she was made a Life Member in recognition of her extraordinary contribution to our community. Now, in retirement, she is spending her time doing what she loves most including painting, one of her personal goals and passions.

For Sue, this is the beautiful shift from work to play. A chance to slow down, explore her creativity and enjoy the things that bring her joy.

At cape, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live a life filled with purpose, choice and possibility. Whether that is through work, learning, creativity or community, goals do not stop when one chapter ends.

If you or someone you support has a goal you would love to work towards, we would love to hear from you.

Congratulations Sue. We cannot wait to see what this next chapter brings 🎨
