Our Sunday Group Class today was really enjoyable
We did a fun activity where we chose 2 pictures about how we felt and how we wanted to feel, reflected on it, shared it, then discarded how we don't want to feel
After only 10 minutes of meditation I asked who felt better - EVERYONE put their hand up ✋🏼
This meditation is more than just breathing and calming the kind - it's about freeing it completely
