I'll start Monday...
Research suggests that it takes anywhere from as little as two weeks to form a new habit AND only 66 days to turn a new habit into an automatic behaviour!!!
Apply this to exercise... The start line is always the most daunting!
The first session you feel pretty crap, your muscles hurt the next day A LOT, and during the whole session, you keep telling yourself how unfit you feel!!
Come back for the next session, it already feels a little easier, your muscles are definitely not as sore as they were after the first, AND the endorphin release has actually kicked in.
You have now committed to two sessions a week, you've started eating better and drinking less because you're loving the health kick you're on and three months down the track, you're actually seeing results and its become a part of your must-do weekly routine!
How great does that feel!!!!!!!!!!
I know it takes a bit to get started, but just think how great you will feel when it becomes an automatic behaviour!!!!
