As we wrap up 2025, we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you.
Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, and trusting us with your health this year. Whether you trained consistently, worked through challenges, tried something new, or simply kept moving when life was busy — every effort mattered. Together, we’ve made 2025 another successful year focused on strength, energy, and long-term health.
Most importantly, thank you for being part of our community. Your support, positivity, and commitment are what make this space so special, and we truly couldn’t do it without you.
As the holiday season arrives, we hope you enjoy a well-earned break filled with love, laughter, good food, and time with those who matter most. Remember, moderation is key — balance is a wonderful thing, and health is about enjoying life as well as looking after yourself.

We had such a great time celebrating Christmas and the year together. It was nice to get dressed up, let our hair down and spend time with each other outside of the studio.

Our staff had the pleasure of attending a personal development session this week. Oscar taught us all about foot functionality and the impact our feet have on the rest of the body.

Your Fit is all about you! We are personal trainers and dietitians because we genuinely believe everyone is different and that is where the idea of your fit was born. One size doesn’t fit all, so don’t try and do what your neighbour did or don’t try and replicate your colleagues program, you need to find what suits you and thats where we come in!
What We Do
It has been a labour of love for us for close to a decade now and has built into a space and place where people feel comfortable being themselves in a well supported friendly environment. We have a focus on sustained weight loss, functional body movement and rehabilitation as well as a whole heap of FUN! We are really proud of Your Fit and welcome anyone who has been let down by a trainer, wanting to try exercise for the first time or wanting a change to their normal routine to please get in touch.
