✨ Big happy (and honest) update ✨

I’m so grateful to share that I’m pregnant! 🍼💛 Originally, I had planned to reopen bookings in July, but due to pregnancy discomforts I’m unfortunately not fit to work 🤢. For now, my massage services will stay on pause until further notice, depending on how my body recovers.

If you have a voucher and prefer not to wait, you’re welcome to request a refund. I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I deeply appreciate your kindness, patience, and support during this special season.

✨🐰 Happy Easter 🐰✨

I am close during the festival, I wish you have a lovely time with your loved ones!

Another news is I’ll be away from 16th April to 1st May to rest and recharge as I’m realizing that I’m a bit overworked recently and loosing the inner balance which reflected to my body. I’ll mainly be in Ubud, Bali, hopefully I can get some ideas about Balinese harmony, Balinese culture and of course Balinese massage and maybe learn some new tricks. (Sounds like I’m already adding pressure on myself lol) no worries I’ll try to relax and be chill.

It has been busy this later year as I’ve been to several workshops, so much new things to learn!
The theory of Anatomy Train has always attracted me and I’m super excited that I eventually got a chance to attend this Fascia Connection Workshop part 1 learning new techniques ✨

Sophia had her audience captivated at the Fascia Connection workshop tonight. All attendees had a great time & learnt valuable techniques to integrate straight back into their existing treatments. Next workshop is on Monday, 4th December, 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm where we will look at QL & Adductors & their relation to pelvic tilts.
