Bushgardens Zen

Bushgardens Zen Outdoor seated meditation on the first and third Sundays of the month. We sit in the Barossa Bushgardens for 1 hour, with a short interval of walking.

Public toilets are available. Bring a chair, hat & water. Meet at the Old Gum Tree at 9 30 am.

Hello everyone, we are meeting again on Sunday 15 June. It will be cold, so dress warmly and bring a blanket if you wish. We will find a sheltered place to sit amongst the bushland and the bird song.
