✔️ Hate maths don’t ever ask me to add or subtract anything.
✔️ I have travelled to 22 countries, 21 of them being a 46 day camping trip around Europe when I was 20, & the other one was China for a school exchange.
✔️ My dream travel locations are Scotland, Ireland, Japan, Disneyland & head back to England to explore more of what I didn’t get a chance too.

Healthcare work is physically and mentally demanding, and the repetitive movements of nursing shifts can place significant stress on the body. 🩺

Between long hours on your feet, patient transfers, charting and constant movement, nurses often develop muscular imbalances and chronic tension.

Common problems I see in healthcare workers include:

🦠Lower back strain;
Patient handling and bending frequently overload the lumbar spine and QL muscles, When these muscles tighten they can create deep lower back pain or stiffness that worsens throughout a shift.

🦠Neck and upper trapezius tension;
Looking down at patients, medication charts or computers for long periods causes the upper trapezius and levator scapulae muscles to become tight, which can contribute to headaches and neck stiffness.

🦠Rounded shoulders and upper back tightness;
Working in forward postures can weaken the postural muscles of the upper back while tightening the chest muscles, creating shoulder and upper back pain.

🦠Foot, calf and plantar fascia stress;
Standing and walking for 10–12 hour shifts places heavy load on the plantar fascia, calves and Achilles tendon, often leading to foot fatigue or plantar fasciitis.

🦠Hip and glute fatigue;
Constant walking and standing can overload the gluteal muscles and hip stabilisers, leading to hip tightness and pelvic imbalance.

Massage therapy helps by:

✔ Reducing muscular tension from repetitive movements
✔ Improving blood flow and lymphatic circulation
✔ Releasing trigger points that cause referred pain
✔ Helping the body recover after long shifts

I use a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial techniques to address the areas healthcare workers strain the most.

You spend your days taking care of others,
your body deserves care too.

Farming is incredibly demanding on the body.
Between tractors, fencing, livestock work, lifting feed, and long hours outdoors, farmers are constantly using the same muscle groups under load. 🌾

Over time this creates chronic muscular tension and joint stress that many people simply learn to live with.

Common issues I see in farmers include:

🌾 Lower back pain;
Hours in tractors, headers and utes expose the spine to constant vibration. This places pressure on the erector spinae muscles and lumbar discs, often causing deep lower back stiffness and sometimes sciatic nerve irritation.

🌾Shoulder and upper back tension;
Repetitive movements like fencing, lifting hay, handling livestock and working overhead load the trapezius, rhomboids and rotator cuff muscles, which can lead to tight shoulders, headaches and reduced mobility.

🌾Hip tightness;
Long periods sitting in machinery shorten the hip flexors. When these muscles tighten they can pull the pelvis forward and increase strain on the lower back.

🌾Forearm and grip fatigue;
Constant tool use and gripping wire or machinery stresses the forearm flexors and extensors, which can lead to elbow pain similar to tennis or golfer’s elbow.

🌾Calf and leg fatigue;
Long days on uneven ground load the glutes, contributing to tight calves and poor circulation.

Massage therapy can help by:

✔ Releasing trigger points in overworked muscles.
✔ Improving circulation to tired muscles.
✔ Reducing joint stiffness and restoring mobility.
✔ Helping the nervous system shift out of constant physical stress.

I often use a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and sports techniques to target the specific areas farmers overload the most.

Farming is physically relentless looking after your body helps you keep doing the job you love. 🐑

If you spend your day standing at a checkout, packing bags, scanning groceries, or running around a shop floor, your body is working harder than people realise.

Standing for hours can lead to:
🍋 Tight calves and Achilles
🍋 Heel and arch pain (plantar fascia strain)
🍋 Lower back compression
🍋Hip and glute fatigue
🍋Neck and shoulder tension from repetitive scanning and twisting.

Over time this can turn into constant soreness, stiffness when you get home, and aching legs that feel like they’re made of concrete.

Massage can help by:

✔ Releasing tight calf and foot muscles.
✔ Improving circulation in tired legs.
✔ Reducing lower back tension from standing.
✔ Releasing shoulders and neck from repetitive movements.
✔ Helping your body recover so you can get through long shifts easier.

If you finish work feeling like your feet, legs and back are screaming, your body might just need a reset.

A mix of sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy can help loosen everything back up so you can move easier and feel human again.

Your job keeps the whole town running,
your body deserves some care too. 🍌🍉🍇

Football, The constant sprinting, tackling, twisting, and impact places huge stress on muscles and joints, especially the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, quads, and hamstrings.

Massage can play a big role in helping football players perform better, recover faster, and prevent injury.

Key benefits of massage for footy players coming into the 2026 season;

🐯Reduces muscle tightness;

Explosive movements cause muscles to tighten and shorten. Massage helps release tension in the hamstrings, hip flexors, calves, and shoulders, restoring mobility and flexibility.

🐯Improves recovery after games and training;

After intense matches, muscles develop micro-tears and inflammation. Massage increases blood flow which helps flush out waste products and bring fresh oxygen to the tissues.

🐯Prevents injuries;

Tight muscles increase the risk of hamstring strains, quad pulls, and lower back injuries. Regular massage keeps muscles loose and balanced, reducing injury risk.

🐯Helps with impact soreness;

Football players take a lot of hits. Massage can reduce, muscle soreness, and stiffness after tackles and collisions.

🐯Improves mobility and performance;

By freeing up tight areas like the hips, glutes, athletes can move more efficiently, meaning faster sprints, stronger tackles, and better agility.

Common problem areas in football players:
🏳️Neck & upper traps (from tackling and contact)
🏳️Shoulders & rotator cuff
🏳️Lower back
🏳️Glutes & hips
🏳️Hamstrings
🏳️Quads
🏳️ Calves

Regular sports massage can help keep football players on the field longer, recover quicker, and perform at their peak!
