Med and Dent WA has recently expanded its local team to ensure we can supply the best products and customer service across all areas of the business including Sales, Support, Technical Services, Distribution and Administration. Luke Ferris, Director is a qualified Electrical Fitter and Mechanic who has had factory training with many of the leading brands of dental equipment at both an International and National level. With 28 years of Dental industry experience, you can be assured that Luke and the team at Med+Dent will get the job done professionally and efficiently. David Jones, General Manager has been in the Dental industry for 37 years. David's wealth of industry knowledge and a solid reputation for ensuring clients always receive outstanding service means better outcomes for our customers. Brendan Hickey, Service Technician and Head of Logistics. Brendan has extensive experience within the engineering industry and has owned and operated his own large business for many years. He is a perfectionist and can fix just about anything. Donna Danckert, Administration/Accounts Manager. Donna leads our amazing Administration team, and ensures we keep everything neat and tidy from an accounting/process perspective. Med & Dent WA is excited. 3x Shiny New Belmont Eurus S8 Treatment Centers installed and delivered today, these units are our premium range that have the latest Japanese technology and they swing left to right in 30 seconds. BUT a more important delivery occurred.... Another Ferris has been born. Welcome Oscar James Ferris. Our Director Luke is now a Granddad to two! He is so proud and happy. Happy Days. 😎😂😘

Second chapter to our Japan Travels: We have returned home from our visit to NSK JAPAN. We had a great time learning more about NSK, which included three of NSK's manufacturing plants, NSK R&D and NSK Showroom. NSK is no 1 in the world for Dental Handpieces and small equipment, their manufacturing plants are very advanced with technology/robotics like it is 2050. We were also treated to a special evening in the Kinugawa mountains (It also included late night Karaoke). It was an awesome tour and evening. We had a few days in Tokyo to finish of our fun filled JAPAN trip. We paid a fortune to have our signage on the electronic billboard in central TOKYO!😎

Our team have returned home from our visit to TAKARA BELMONT JAPAN. We had a great time learning more about Belmont Equipment, which included visiting many manufacturing plants, Belmont Experience Centre and the TAKARA BELMONT Museum. Belmont's R&D and Quality control is second to none. We were also given plenty of time to have some R&R and did many tours which included OSAKA, KYOTO & ARASHIYAMA. We had an awesome trip and are now back on deck to serve our customers. 😎 Watch this space, another JAPANESE manufacturer was also part of our Med and Dent travels.

Little old Med and Dent have been a bit busy lately! We delivered 51x Belmont Dental Chairs, 75x Belmont LED Operating Lights and 15x Belmont LCD X-rays to our VIP client last week. Woo Hoo, We are very excited. Watch this space: More posts to follow soon, All Med & Dent staff are off to Japan in a few weeks to visit the Belmont factory for training and a bit of fun in Japan. 😎😂

Med and Dent WA have built and delivered 26 Dental Units for our VIP customer today and have another 26 to build next week! 52x DCI Dental Carts with optics, NSK Scaler and all the extra modifications we make to ensure our VIP client has the best Dental Operatory Cart! We are excited but very tired. We have given Luke the week off next week to visit his son (Lachlan) in Thailand. Enjoy your time away from work Luke, when you return you have to perform the final quality testing of the remaining 26 units! Next mass delivery will be the 60 Belmont Dental Chairs and 78 Belmont Dental Lights arriving Sept for the same VIP Client! Woo Hoo. Med and Dent are excited. Med & Dent WA were lucky to have the opportunity to sponsor the 2025 WAIDA Gala Dinner at Joondalup resort (24th May). Thanks to Dr Silas, WAIDA and awesome Jorden H (PM for First Impressions Dental) for giving us this opportunity. Our Sales Manager/CBCT Guru (Craig Botes) and his lovely wife Minette represented Med & Dent WA at this awesome family event. Thanks Craig and Minette for flying the Med and Dent Flag! Another busy week at Med & Dent WA, We installed three Belmont Eurus S8 Treatment centers to 2 VIP customers this week. These units are top of the line and swing left to right in 30 seconds! Unfortunately one of clients didn't have cabinets ready, so the photo is not awesome but the equipment is ready to go! On a sad note, we can't believe it is12 months since we lost our Med & Dent Mascot (Charlie)..🥺

Our Director and Head Technician (Luke) needs a Holiday, We have been so busy in the first two months of 2025. Another 15 Belmont Dental Chairs and Lights Delivered to our VIP customer (That makes it 75 of these units in the past 9 months) , Plus another 26 DCI Mobile Dental Carts built and delivered. Plus 8 full Packaged Belmont Dental units installed to many private Dental Surgery's. We have also installed mass Cattani plant equipment and I should also mention the mass Acteon X-ray Imaging Equipment (3D/2D/PSP Scanners) that we have installed has also kept our team busy. Esperance Hospital also entrusted Med and Dent to commission a total new surgery fit out that included a Belmont Dental Ambidextrous unit (Clesta E3 Swing), Belmont I/O X-Ray, Acteon PSP Scanner and Mass NSK handpieces!
Woo Hoo 2025 is looking good. 😎

Another busy week at Med and Dent WA. 20 DCI Mobile Dental carts have been built and ready to ship to our VIP client tomorrow. We are glad the cricket got rained out as our workshop elves needed to concentrate whilst building these DCI/Med and Dent WA Custom carts. 😎 26 More to build in January. Woo Hoo.

A busy day at Med & Dent today. 54 Belmont Clesta E3 Dental Chairs and 54 Belmont 301 LED Lights supplied to our VIP customer. Thanks to Holmsey for his awesome efforts. Our Bosman Luke has an injured hand, so he had to watch it all happen from the sideline. Woo Hoo Happy Days! 😎
