This one was a funny one to film 😂 Here Lewis shows us some common mistakes beginners make in the gym and what to do instead 💪

🚨 Common Beginner Gym Mistakes 🚫
Whether you're just starting out or getting back into training, avoiding these mistakes will help you move better and stay injury-free. 👇

1️⃣ Partial Reps = Partial Results
Cutting your range of motion short? You’re also cutting your progress. Train through full ROM for real strength gains.
2️⃣ Speed ≠ Progress
Moving fast doesn’t mean moving well. Slow it down and focus on quality reps over quantity.
3️⃣ Right Exercise, Wrong Time
Don’t jump into advanced lifts if your body’s not ready. Regress to progress — choose variations that match your level.
4️⃣ Skipping Warm-Ups = Injury Risk
Warm-ups aren't optional! Prime your body with lighter sets and gradually build intensity to avoid injury and improve performance.

❗Other key things to watch out for:
– Poor breathing/bracing during lifts
– Not resting enough between sets
– Rushing reps instead of focusing on form
