🌺 Poppy Making Day at Turner Care 🌺

Our community got together for a Poppy Making Day, creating beautiful handmade poppies while sharing stories, laughs, and a few proud moments along the way.
It’s more than just arts and crafts, it’s about connection, creativity, and remembering those who served 🇦🇺
We love seeing everyone get involved and take pride in what they create. Days like this are what Turner Care is all about 💙

Did someone say Cupcakes??? We had a full house at todays cupcake decoration. Plenty of smiles and laughter mixed with a bit of sugar and sprinkles.

We have received more donations 🥳🥳🥳
Thank you Oakey RSL Club. Every donation helps.
Please visit the Oakey RSL Sub-Branch and ask C.J to show you that amazing museum they have up stairs. Its amazing to take that walk back in time.

Needless to say but if you are in need of a shower chair we have 2 free of charge and 2 height adjustable chairs also free to those in need.

We would like to thank everyone who entered our colouring in competition, you all did amazing!

It was very hard to choose a single winner for each division - so we did get someone else to choose the winners, thankyou so much to Sophie at The Oakey Champion for making the hard decision.

The winners for our colouring competition are:

⭐ 13-17 years = Dekota aged 16
⭐ 9-12 years = Aria aged 9
⭐ 6-8 years = Jaklyn aged 7
⭐ 3-5 years = Izzac aged 5

You can collect your prize from our office at 2/81 Campbell street, Oakey. (Right next door to the Oakey champion)
