We still require a course checker for this Saturday. Also our roster is looking very lean for the 11th April. Please message if you can help, thanks. Parkrun does not run unless we have a full roster of volunteers. All roles are quite easy and we supply training beforehand if you have not performed the role so if you have not volunteered in a while here is your opportunity.

WHAT. A. MORNING. 🔥🙌

That was Oakey parkrun at its absolute finest big energy, great vibes, and a whole lot of smiles out on course 💙
From the front to the back, walkers, joggers, runners and cheer squads… this is what it’s all about.

🙌 Huge thanks to our visitors from Brisbane awesome to have you along for the ride today! Hope you loved the atmosphere as much as we did.

🏃‍♂️ And how about this… a couple of absolute legends ran over 10km just to GET to parkrun before even starting their 5K 🤯 That’s dedication on another level!

💥 A few PBs sprinkled in today as well shoutout to Declan Campbell, Julian Rixon and Jacinta Taylor 👏 Love seeing the progress!
