Did you know?! π€
Around 1 in 6 Australians are living with a disability and many of these are whatβs known as an invisible disability.
Invisible disabilities arenβt immediately noticeable to others. They can include conditions like autism, mental health challenges, chronic pain, hearing loss, neurological conditions, and more. Even though you canβt always see them, they can impact how someone moves, communicates, processes information, or manages daily life.
Itβs an important reminder that we never truly know what someone may be navigating behind the scenes, which is why kindness, understanding, and patience matter more than ever.
