Here are some delicious stretches we recommend and prescribe to our client’s during pregnancy🤰*
5 simple stretches that can be done anywhere at anytime. They aim to improve your hip mobility and relieve tension around your pelvis and lower back. It’s also a wonderful chance to connect to your beautifully evolving body during pregnancy which can be a VERY powerful tool during labour & birth 🫶🏻
We checked these off with our resident Osteopath and he said ‘Yes these are so so good, actually everyone would benefit from these!’ 👏🏻
These videos are sped up 2-3 times so go nice & sloooww. Flow your breath with the movement and aim to do each stretch for 30+ seconds. Repeat the flow for an extra dose of love to yourself!
