Run by a physiotherapist, hydrotherapy lets you experience therapeutic activity within water, and is a great way for you to exercise and rehabilitate. Sessions occur in a shallow pool, with water supporting your body as you complete movements suitable for your abilities.

Tis’ the Christmas season! ✨🎄
Ocean Physiotherapy will be taking a small break from 24th December- 2nd January, with groups resuming on Monday the 6th of January.
