Join us Ashajoy Yoga Travel Retreat for what is going to be an unforgettable and unique retreat.
We will be staying in not one but two retreat location so that you can experience the beauty of Sri Lanka’s mountains and beaches!
We will stay 5 days At Welikande Estate which overlooks The Knuckles Mountain Range and Victoria Lake, with the most spectacular views. The 2nd part of our retreat will be 4 days at Jasper House at Hiriketiya Beach on the south coast. With the option of 3 beach’s close by to relax or have a try at surfing at the surf beach.

Before, during and after the retreat we will have our own mini van/bus to tour the island and visit all those must see tourist spots and more?

What a truly special time was had on our recent retreats to Cambodia.
I was lucky enough to host not one but two very successful retreats.
Thank you to each of you who trusted Ashajoy Yoga and came on our retreats.
It was so much more than I could have imagined bringing 2 groups of beautiful souls together for a fun 9 days of yoga, adventure and exploring the beauty and culture of Cambodia. 💞🙏🪷

Yes classes resume this week with Ashajoy Yoga. After a break of long service leave which included traveling and exploring our amazing world and my 2 incredible successful yoga travel retreats to Cambodia I am looking forward to seeing you all on the mat and chair!

Yes Ashajoy Yoga is back, after the break of LSL and lots of exploring, traveling and 2 retreats to Cambodia I am so looking forward to getting back to our Chair Yoga class! Have missed it and you all! 💞

Another exciting adventure with Ashajoy Yoga Travel Retreat has been planned and this time it’s to Sri Lanka!!
Those that have experienced our Cambodia Retreat know what a personal, intimate and unique Retreat/Travel Tour is organised to ensure the best time is had by all.
This retreat to Sri Lanka will be no different! Come and join us on what will be a once in a lifetime experience.

🗓️When: 7th-23rd March 2026. Accommodation has been arranged from 2pm on the 6th March 2026, ready to enjoy the start of the retreat on the 7th March.
🧘‍♀️ Retreat: Ashajoy Yoga Travel has organised a unique yoga experience for you. There will be 2 yoga retreat locations. One in the Mountains of Central Sri Lanka and the other location at a Beach on the South Coast of Sri Lanka.
- 1st Retreat- Welikande Estate for 4 nights/5 days. Includes, 2 x yoga classes, evening meditation, all meals and activities during the day. This retreat has incredible views and amazing sunrise/sunsets!
- 2nd Location- Jasper House for 3 nights/4 days. Includes 2x yoga classes, evening meditation, daily breakfast, 1 x evening meal. Retreat location is Hiriketiya Beach with jungle views from the yoga studio and just a short walk to the beach.
🚎 Travel: Discover the Magic of Sri Lanka in our own private minibus this enables us to explore and experience the wonderful, must see sights of Sri Lanka, such as: Sigiriya Rock, Dambulla Caves, Polonnaruwa Ancient Ruins, Sarfari Tour, Tradtional Local Dance, High Tea in Nuwara Eliya, the Iconic Train Journey through the lush tea plantation mountain region, Galle Forte and so so much more!!
