Since the start of the year, two transformative teaching pathways have been cultivating the next wave of inspired teachers at Zero Point Yoga — our Vinyasa Teacher Training and Yin & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training.

From nervous first cues to confident, heart-led classes, our alumni have blossomed — and have been sharing their practice with you.

These FREE daily classes are part of our Soft Space series — a space where our newly graduated teachers offer real-time teaching experiences in Flow, Gentle and Yin styles.

Come support our growing teaching community — or simply enjoy a quiet moment to move and breathe.

I feel 2025 is super charged in all the energies (the good and the yuck) so grounding and bringing ourselves back to ourselves as frequently as we can is so needed.

This drawing is by Anja Rozen, a 13 year old primary school student in Slovenia. She was chosen from 600,000 children around the world to create a piece of art to show what peace looks like. She is the winner of the international Plakat Miru competition.

A huge thank you to everyone that visited my stall at Grove after Dark at the weekend it was an incredible night and am still buzzing from meeting so many amazing people. Thanks to Bec and Marissa from Zero Point Yoga on arranging this epic market hopefully one of many!
Thanks to all the people who tried our some foot reflexology it was lovely to meet so many of you and hope to see you soon for a full treatment.
