You wouldn’t plant a seed in depleted soil and expect it to flourish the same goes for conception. Preconception care is about enriching the soil before planting the seed.

This is why I love working with women from the preconception stage to allow time to
- Replenish nutrient stores for optimal health of not only baby but also mama
- Putting strategies in place to minimize pregnancy unwanted symptoms (think nausea, fatigue, blood sugar dysregulation and more!)
- Review pathology to address any hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction or nutrient deficiencies for a successful implantation and a healthy pregnancy
- Time to discuss important lifestyle factors to support egg quality & s***m quality to give baby the best start to life!
