Looking for a job can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure where to start.

A few simple steps can make a big difference:
◾Think about what matters to you in a job
◾Keep your resume clear and easy to read
◾Include school, volunteering or hobbies as experience
◾Use your cover letter to explain why you want the role
◾Try different ways of job searching, not just online applications

Sometimes the best opportunities come from simply asking around.
What was your first job?
