Sunday morning saw us host a pretty special class ✨

We were proud to welcome a mix of new and long-standing male members from our studio, alongside some incredible local community connections - including members of the Barwon Heads 'When No One's Watching' (WNOW), a group doing important work around men’s mental health in our local area.

Strong bodies, great energy, a killer class thanks to our one and only Sara A, and a reminder that movement can bring people together in more ways than one.

This was just the beginning. Something exciting is on the way 👀

If you’re on a waitlist, hang tight! They often move fast, especially overnight. Can’t make it? Cancel off the waitlist so someone else can move in.
