We are so excited to launch our Summer Mat Pilates Series, in collaboration with 'At The Heads' in Barwon Heads. Mornings of movement and connection in their newly renovated Mulloway Room, overlooking the iconic Barwon Heads Bluff.

Over select dates in December, we kick off with a 7am arrival, for a 7:15am start. A special ticketed event, your $25 ticket price includes our infamous Mat Pilates class, and a coffee or tea to enjoy after.

To book head to the CorePlus app, set your location as 'Ocean Grove' and look for the 'CorePlus Ocean Grove x At The Heads Summer Mat Pilates Series' class on the dates mentioned.

This morning we hosted a special Mat Pilates pop-up in collaboration with At The Heads, Barwon Heads 🤍 It was a beautiful way to start the day, bringing together local community members and business owners to move, connect and enjoy the incredible ocean views.
