Pretty Exciting, the new US dietry guidelines 2025-2030 were released last week on 7th Jan with a revamped food pyramid that recommends that people eat more protein and fat, and less ultraprocesssed food. Lets hope Australia follows suit.

The message is "Eat Real Food"

Introducing my new business Name

"Elevate Your Health"

It's time to embrace the journey I have been on and update. My business is not the same as it was 15 years ago.

I have grown and evolved as a person and my new business name reflects the changes and the direction I am heading. Thank You to Lisa Davis from Wildly Creative for helping me update me logo.

Health is more than just eating 'good' and exercising. There are many factors that are interwined. I truely believe that once we are willing to be curious about our habits and mindset we can begin to challenge our existing beliefs, sift through false information and clever marketing and make informed choices that will give us real food freedom.

No matter where you are in your health journey there is always room to Elevate to the next level.

Count down is on.

I am so looking forward to helping the next group Elevate their health to the next level.
I have a few spots left as I only work in small groups so that you can get individual support.
Last program saw people lose 7kg - 10kg without feeling deprived or hungry! But what was more impressive was the change in their understanding of what healthy means to them and then putting it into practice. The weight was just a bonus!💥

Have you tried lots of things to feel healthy only to feel frustrated and bewildered. Doing what you think is right but getting nowhere.

I have been there. I have tried many different diets only to feel starving and focused on my next meal. Hopelessly flicking through cooking books trying to find something that was allowed or having to follow some meal plan - another thing to do. Results used to be good when I was younger but as I got older the weight didn't budge and I started to feel pretty helpless. 😕

It doesn't have to be that way and with the right information, support and motivation you will be amazed with how you feel.

Now is the time. Dont wait for the holiday, the birthday, the anniversary ect. to pass. There will always be those excuses- that's life. Xmas will be next.

You can feel awesome in 12 weeks.
