We have a couple of fabulous updates for you all.

Please note that Dr. Laila Islam will now be working with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

From the 1st of November, Rise Medical Centre will be moving back to a Bulk Billed clinic.

National Diabetes Week is the 13th of July to the 19th of July, 2025.

This National Diabetes Week we’re focusing on prevention because it matters at every stage of the journey.

Whether it’s preventing type 2 diabetes or preventing complications for people living with all types of diabetes, awareness and action make a difference.

Diabetes is not ‘one-size-fits-all’ and each person’s journey is unique. Unfortunately, there’s still a lot of confusion and misinformation about diabetes. This misunderstanding can make life harder for people living with all types of diabetes.
However, with better understanding and support, we can create a healthier future – for everyone.

Book in with one of our friendly Doctors and our Nurse to have a Diabetes Check Up and Risk Assessment.
