For 7 wonderful years I've operated Adrian Yarzabal Myotherapy. Sadly this week I've had my last client. Yep, family comes first and it is for this reason that I have moved to south Australia. I hope I've been able to make a difference to everyone I've ever treated, and I will miss all the wonderful people I've met through this journey.

Adrian Yarzabal Myotherapy is now back taking appointments. First off the rank is 'Bunny', who came in with horrible posture, lack of strength and skeletal issues (due to the fact he's got none). On the plus side his range of motion was great. Also taking non toddler toy appointments so make yours now!

"I get lockedown.......but I get up again!🎵

It has been a tough time for everyone, but I know how resilient the people I've had the pleasure of treating can be (you all come back after an elbow to the glute after all). Hang in there and remember that tough times don't last but tough people do. Even though I can't physically treat anyone at this time, I am only ever a message away for advice on how to manage pain and discomfort. See you all soon!!

Hi to all the great people that have supported Adrian Yarzabal Myotherapy. 2020 has definetly been a challenging year for everyone. I hope you and your families are all well. As you all know for the time being I can't be treating those sore muscles and joints but fingers crossed that soon I'll be back helping you all. In the meantime I have decided to use my spare time to help a great cause. I've joined the Heart Foundation's My Marathon to raise funds for this great organisation. The aim: to run 100kms from now until the end of September to help raise funds. Here's how you can all help.
