On the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month, a minute’s silence is observed and dedicated to those soldiers who died fighting to protect the nation.

At 11am on 11 November 1918, the guns on the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. The Germans called for an armistice (suspension of fighting) in order to secure a peace settlement. They accepted the allied terms of unconditional surrender.

The conflict had mobilised over 70 million people, left between 9 and 13 million dead, and as many as one third of these with no grave.

The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month attained a special significance in the post-war years. It became universally associated with the remembrance of those who had died in the war.

Originally known as Armistice Day, it was renamed Remembrance Day after World War Two to commemorate those who were killed in both World Wars.

Today the loss of Australian lives from all wars and conflicts is commemorated on Remembrance Day.

We will remember them. Lest we forget.

Nothing makes my heart explode more than seeing the joy of someone opening up a gift that is going to help them.

The Final Countdown is on with only 16 days left before Sharelle takes her extended break after surgery.

Today we have had x2 cancellations at 4.45pm & 7.45pm (both 60min), then only x2 more appointments are available for the rest of the year. (This Sunday & next Tuesday)
But please be mindful, with a upcoming surgery so close if you or a family member is sick, RESCHEDULE or CANCEL your appointment.
Sharelle doesnt want anything to postpone thos surgery.

OMG... Only 4 weeks left of 2025 before Sharelle takes a long overdue break to recover from her next surgery🫣

What surgery you ask? (If you have been under a rock😝) Sharelle is going under the knife on Nov 19th for Skin Removal on her stomach & breasts. Because this is such a huge surgery, BM&R will be closed between Tuesday 18th November 2025 - Wednesday 14th January 2026. These 8 weeks will provide Sharelle with the minimum recovery time post surgery.

What a frosty morning in Melbourne for the

Sponsoring an athlete means more than just treating them, it means roadtrips to different locations, early Mornings & unconditional pride.

Athletes aim for their best very time they show up for competition but a true athlete knows that sometimes their body will tell them if they can.
Today hit the pavement strong, at the 20km point he was on track for a 2:44:00 finish, but his body decided at 22km that it couldn't continue. A moment of devastation, demonstrationed the strength athletes must have to listen to their bodies & stop before any potential injuries can occur.

Time for a well earned rest, recovery & reset.
2026 will bring new goals, new targets & a new game plan.

Well Done Mark, we are beyond proud of you. 💜
