INGREDIENTS:
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts

Chocolate ice cream😍
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
140 g semisweet chocolate for confectionery
2 cups of whipping cream
1 cup of whole milk
Preparation:
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they fluff up and acquire a very light yellow color. Pour into a heavy-bottomed pot; mix with milk and beat over very low heat until thick and coats the back of the spoon.
Transfer the hot mixture to a bowl with the chocolate and fold in as it melts. Add the whipping cream and incorporate.
Set the bowl over another that is filled with ice water; when the mixture is cold, put it in the freezer in a cold-resistant container and freeze for several hours.
