FAMILY ALWAYS COMES FIRST ❤️

Yes and No

5 1/2 months ago my world turned on its head again and my life changed dramatically. My routine went out the window, no more morning beach walks or downstairs to the gym. I was putting everything into my family again.

But eventually you come to the point where you realise you have nothing left to give.
I came to that point recently. I had been noticing my mental health was declining and I couldn’t keep going like I had been. Something had to shift.

So I made the decision to start taking care of myself first, then I would be better equipped to take care of my family. I have started my morning gym sessions again, gratitude, meditation and eating better.

Starting the day with a positive mindset and physical exercise can changed your whole day for the better, as well as those around you.

Remember you cannot drink from an empty cup. You cannot look after others when you are suffering yourself.

Look after yourself first, then you are able to look after your family with gratitude and love ❤️

Who has inspired you lately? I recently attended a 2-day conference and the first speaker up was Michael Crossland. I had watched a video of him speaking before but it did not prepare me for the roller coaster of emotions I went through listening to him live! From crying one minute to laughing the next then back to crying again, and so on. Hands down one of the best speakers I have heard, he had the audience in the palm of his hands. This man has endured more than most in his life, time and again, and has come out sprinkling hope and inspiration wherever he goes ❤️
If you ever get the opportunity to see him live i thoroughly recommend you go, or you can get his book 😊
