The Wellness Centre is a haven where you can take time out in a casual and serene atmosphere, nestled amongst five acres of secluded bushland and subtropical gardens, whilst focusing completely on health, healing and relaxation. You even have the option of staying overnight in comfortable and affordable accommodation, secluded and concealed by landscaped gardens. Wellness isn’t merely the absence of disease. Wellness is a proactive approach to our physical, emotional, social and mental health. One will experience wellness when they have a balance of physical and emotional well-being. Our mission is to provide a safe and affordable facility for you to discover your own personal state of wellness / wellbeing. A place to renew, a place to be you!

After 2.5 wonderful years of nurturing Wellness Centre Port Stephens, I’m excited to share an evolution in my work.

As my focus shifts toward a more flexible, mobile wellness model, I’ll be stepping away from the Wellness Centre brand to fully launch WellTribe Collective & WellTribe Retreats, bringing wellness experiences to you both online and across beautiful locations throughout the region 🗺

With this transition, the Wellness Centre Port Stephens will be transitioning to a fresh team in 2026. I’m deeply grateful for everything this community has been and look forward to sharing what’s next through WellTribe Co.
