Site Supervisor – Residential Construction South
West Sydney & Wollongong Regions!
About the Role:
We are a well-established residential builder seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site. Supervisor to join our growing construction team. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career within residential construction while working in a structured, process-driven environment. You will play a key role in both on-site supervision and project administration, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise residential construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timeline targets are
achieved
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
- Monitor construction progress and maintain company building standards
- Manage project administration including data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain accurate site records and update internal systems
- Liaise with project managers, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure full compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination of site activities
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Supervisor Licence (required)
- Certificate III & IV in Building and Construction (essential)
- Previous experience in residential construction or site supervision
- Strong understanding of residential building processes and site coordination
- Ability to manage both on-site duties and administrative tasks
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Builder’s Licence (desirable) or willingness to obtain
- Must have valid Australian working rights
