We had a recent site tour of the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Fully Accessible SDA Living in Oran Park NSW, being built by Sam-Rena's Home Care Services

We were thrilled with the work delivered by the Aidacare team out of Moorebank.

With every milestone we get a giant step closer to participants being able to move into the purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in Oran Park.

Our SDA property has now been fitted with ceiling hoists and fire sprinklers as of December 2025. In just a few months, this beautiful home will be enrolled as HPS and is expected to become a warm, supportive residence for three HPS participants!

In this video, Evelyn, our Managing Director, introduces our brand new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) NDIS House. This exciting new development is currently under construction in Oran Park and was officially unveiled during the Macarthur Business Showcase, which took place on October 15, 2025.

We believe this new house will provide exceptional support and facilities for its future NDIS residents. Expressions of Interests are now open.
