- We’re calling on men who are ready to push their limits and discover what their bodies are truly capable of this winter — even if it’s something they never thought they could do.
-The challenge is led by Dr. Sebastian Cook (whom will be taking part with you), with ongoing support from Bella Sammut and her expert team, ensuring you grow your skills in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.
- Along the way, you’ll connect with other local legends — building camaraderie, confidence, and possibly lifelong friendships and plenty of laughs!!
